Obvious, but mandatory disclaimer: Folks, this is a million miles away from white supremacism. This is predictable pushback against “non-white” supremacism, against the way that Anglo-Europeans and Anglo-European culture are, alone among all the peoples of the earth, exempted from appreciation under the multi-cultural, diversity-celebration gospel.
The toxic social effect of this poisonous stereotyping is made clear in such spectacles as the Duke lacrosse team fake rape charge and the “Jena Six” case. It needs to stop, but- understandably- everyone wants someone else to make it stop. We know the unpleasant consequences of dissenting- better just to sit quietly, keep my personal opinions to myself where they can’t see, check off the “right” boxes with the “right” answers, and go back to work.
I salute his courageous stand, and wish him well.
