The Wrong Army

And consider how we not only have the wrong Army, we have the wrong strategy.

It was wrong when we struck Iraq militarily after it’s attempted annexation of Kuwait- we should have given sanctions a chance.

It was wrong when we imposed sanctions after the war- we (not Saddam!) hurt so many poor and starving Iraqis.

It was wrong when we left Saddam in power instead of “finishing the job”.

It was wrong when we removed him from power.

It was wrong when we went back in with too few troops to impose order.

It was wrong when we increased the force levels to restore order.

It was wrong… well, you get the idea.
